I really need a car to get back and forth to my appointment at the free clinic.I'm disable and don't have Insurance. I have health issue. I have gout, ulcer on the top of my right foot. arthiritis,a damage right kidney. A blood disorder. High blood pressure. and my feet swells when I'm on them to long. I can't walk far with my cane. I Need a lower Denture. I have a Partial but now my natural teeth have broken in the front .I only have 2 left in the front. The 3 that are broken need to be pulled. I"m disable and I don't have any Insurance . I have a blood disorder.Blood Clots and a Ulcer on my right Foot that has been there for over a year. The Free clinic is trying to help me get insurance . But so far no luck. Please Help Me. I also need a car to get to appointments. I can't be on my feets for long because the swell up. I also have gout. Please Help me . I stay in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
